With help from musician Randy Houser & Boise State Football Coach Bryan Harsin, Eckrich gave one deserving military family the experience of a lifetime including concert tickets & backstage passes, a personalized Boise State football jersey and tickets to an upcoming game, and free groceries for a year. Our role included event execution, media planning, pitching and execution for the day’s events.
Handled PR and Event Coordination (at IMS) of a surprise gift to Samuel Sawyer, son of a 25 year Navy veteran, who was born with spina bifida. Samuel received a custom-made power wheelchair, designed like the No. 43 paint scheme and specifically manufactured so he could play power soccer. Eckrich also paid the cost needed for Samuel to attend Victory Junction. Plus, the family received free groceries for a year from Kroger.
With 2,706 hero sandwiches made by over 100 volunteers in under one hour, we handled the planning, management and execution of a Guinness World Record-setting event on top of the USS Intrepid in NYC
To kick off college football and tailgating season, and to unveil Eckrich’s Kirk Herbstreit Ultimate Tailgate Smoked Sausage, we handled on site hosting of a unique, military-focused PR event at the Notre Dame/Michigan football game
Handled PR (and Event related) work for Eckrich tie in with country music artist Randy Houser. Platform featured special homecoming for wounded military service members and families, with Houser participating in ribbon-cutting ceremony for new Operation Homefront Village in Gaithersburg, Maryland. Also performed select hits to help welcome families to their new homes before joining them in a cookout featuring Eckrich product.
This platform featured a charitable tie in among Stanley DEWALT, Children’s Miracle Network and the ACE Hardware Foundation and included a donation, RPM driver/show car appearance at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia AND four lucky “Honorary Crew Members” at Dover.
CSX, one of the nation's leading transportation suppliers, has an agency that handles its PR and marketing. However, while this agency does most of the objective-setting and planning for CSX's NASCAR program, it often needs help from Breaking Limits with NASCAR-related program execution & media pitching. In this concept, both agencies worked together to promote CSX's first primary sponsorship of the No. 34 car at Richmond, focusing on the "Play It Safe" safety message.
